How we contact you

By submitting a form, you consent to being contacted by phone, text message, or email regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing teamsox@dhpre.com.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with parties necessary to complete your transaction — such as lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and our brokerage — and with service providers who host this site and manage our client records under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law or by South Carolina real estate license law and brokerage recordkeeping requirements.

Your client portal

Access to the client portal requires a one-time sign-in link sent to the email address on file. Do not forward that link. Contact us immediately if you believe someone else has gained access to your portal.

Retention

Transaction records are retained as required by South Carolina real estate law and our brokerage’s recordkeeping policy. Inquiry records are retained until you ask us to delete them.
